Strength training for young athletes

Physical performance is hinged on strength. The stronger our muscles are, the more we can do and the longer we can do it, plain and simple.

The best way to get strong in a short period of time is to train hard, pushing our muscles to exhaustion. This has to be applied safely, particularly with people under 20.

At OneUp Fitness that is what we specialize in, quick, hard workouts that maximize safety with our specialized protocol. This makes stronger muscles accessible to everyone. Whether you are 12 trying to make your triple A hockey team or 82 trying to walk up 3 flights of stairs.
